From 1947 to 1991, the RAF played a pivotal role in maintaining the peace during the Cold War. This album pays tribute to the contribution made Cranwellians during this era, maintaining the peace training for war.
An extract of the Cranwellian Roll of Honour, paying tribute to those who lost their lives in WWII air operations in the months of October.
In 2018, a fellow Cranwellian passed us authorised copies of some of the RAF Cranwell Fs540 ORBs for WWII from a project he had been working on. This album captures all the extracts for each October of the war years, primarily of the Station ORB, but also some from SSQ and College (17) FTS.
