JUNE
This booklet lists the Cranwellians lost at the time of the Dunkirk and D-Day campaigns, and contains newsreels of the two events that can be played on line or downloaded depending on your browser settings.
Pre WWII & WWII
Post WWII
NO LONGER PUBLICLY AVAILABLE - AT THE REQUEST OF THE
RAF COLLEGE
This album reviews the training of students from Siam (Thailand), India and Iraq prior to WWII and the significant training contribution made by the College SFTS to allied forces during WWII.
Following the war, the College resumed its Flight Cadet training scheme that occasionally included foreign students. However, with the centralisation of all officer training at Cranwell under the Single Gate Initial Officer Training scheme in 1979, the College considerably extended its reach as this album shows.
THIS ALBUM HAS HAD TO BE REMOVED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE RAF COLLEGE 23 OCT 23.
